Important Dates
Company Description and Logo
Your company description and logo are due May 12 for inclusion on the conference website and promotional materials. Logo size and character limit are based on sponsorship level and are outlined below:
Booth Selection
Booth space at the conference will be determined by sponsorship level and date of payment. You will be asked to provide your top 3 preferences for booth space during the registration process. Booth assignments will be announced by May 29th..
Booth Information
Booth Staff
Exhibitors will receive a set number of free registrations based on sponsorship level. Registrations for additional attendees can be purchased for $400 per person. All exhibitors must be registered and receive a badge to attend.
We need to know who from your organization will be attending the event so that we can create their badge and have materials ready for them at registration. The deadline for updating booth staff is May 29th.
Giveaway Items
Your organization has the option to provide a giveaway item from your company to be included in the attendee registration bags. If you would like to provide an item, please send 250 to address below. These items must be received no later than June 5th.

Raffle Items
Your organization has the option to provide a raffle item to be given away by your organization's representative at the conclusion of the conference. If you would like to provide a raffle item, please let us know by June 5th.
Hotel Reservations
Room Rate: $129 per night
Deadline: Reserve your room by May 15th to receive the conference rate!
The conference rate will be available 5 days pre conference and 3 days post conference, based on hotel availability. Wireless internet access will be complimentary.

Shipping/Handling Fees: Exhibitors will have complimentary storage of conference items, package handling fees, and outbound shipping services. Actual shipping costs will be incurred by the sender.
Return Shipping Instructions: Following the conference, exhibitors can leave their boxes and packages (with return shipping labels) at their booth and the hotel will ensure that items are taken to shipping and sent out. Also, please note that all exhibitors MUST also call their carrier (FEDEX or UPS) to schedule a pick-up once the event is completed.
