for the 2018 North Atlantic Regional User Group Meeting!!
The North Atlantic Cerner Regional User Group (NARUG) is a non-profit group of Cerner clients organized for the purpose of sharing information, providing educational sessions, and presenting current issues affecting the healthcare industry. We are pleased to invite you to sponsor the 2018 NARUG meeting being held June 4-6, 2018 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Our clients represent over 200 hospitals and facilities from our geographic regions (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV). Attendees are guaranteed the latest and most current information relevant to their special interest. We have reserved enough space to allow for growth, extra sessions and larger, enhanced vendor space.
The 2018 NARUG meeting will feature a comprehensive collection of educational sessions, a large exhibition area for sponsors and vast networking opportunities for professionals who work in the healthcare IT industry. We are anticipating approximately 200+ attendees.
As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to connect with leading IT professionals from prominent healthcare provider organizations in the North Atlantic region. Sponsorship offers many benefits to your organization such as maximizing your visibility, reaching your target audience, networking with current and future customers, and recognition that your support helps make the conference possible. It is our goal to provide exposure and face-to-face experience between vendors and clients. We want to keep the costs to our members as low as possible. Working with you will help us accomplish this. We have adopted a process to encourage participant engagement in the vendor exhibit hall through the use of our vendor ballet. Additionally, during client registration, we will be asking the registrants to allow their registration information to be released to the vendors and will be supplied to you at the start of the conference.

Exhibit space will be assigned based your sponsorship level and date fees are received, so be sure to make your reservations early! Sponsorship Levels will not be reserved until we have received payment. Our attendees look forward to meeting you, learning about your organization’s products and services, and making contacts for future buying decisions. We look forward to your participation.

If attendance is under 100 client attendees, the NARUG will supply a 20% refund.
