• Includes a premium table location  
• Logo on vendor ballot, that provides incentive for participants to visit your booth
• Company listing and logo on conference registration and program materials
• Sponsorship level listed on website
• Sponsorship level display at conference
• Introduction of organization during the conference and the social events

Cat in the Hat Level

• Logo on vendor ballot, that provides incentive for participants to visit your booth
• Sponsorship level on website
• Sponsorship level display at conference
• Introduction of organization during the conference and the social events
• Conference registration for 3 representatives to include attendance at educational sessions and social events
• Door prize give away included in sponsor fee (Value $200)
• Company premium giveaway welcome (for booth giveaways)

Lorax Level
20 spots available at $1,500 (11 spots remaining as of 4/7/17)

• Third tier table location
• Company listing and logo on conference registration and program materials
• Logo on vendor ballot, that provides incentive for participants to visit your booth
• Sponsorship level display at conference
• Conference registration for 2 representatives to include attendance at educational sessions and social events
• Door prize give away included in sponsor fee (Value $100)
• Company Premium giveaway welcome (for booth giveaways)

Please note:  If you plan on sending more representatives than what is allotted for the corresponding Sponsorship level, it will be required to register them as a participant and pay the registration fee. This will then allow them to attend the educational sessions, meals and social events. Please see Registration instructions for further details.

The following sponsorships can be chosen in addition to sponsorship level. Please consider choosing one of these additional sponsorship levels.

Horton Level
10 spots available at $500 (9 spots remaining as of 4/7/17)

• This sponsorship will be for the Monday Evening Reception; sponsorship level will be recognized during the event.

Sam I Am Level
15 spots available at $500 (14 spots remaining as of 4/7/17)

• This sponsorship will be used for the Tuesday Night event; sponsorship level will be recognized during the event.
