How are your organizations sending secure messages to providers, patients, and patient families (e.g., intraoperative messaging)? Are they using multiple applications for this? Or are they still relying on phone calls, faxes, or possibly non-compliant channels like SMS or email?

Hi Jonathan, At MedStar we went live with CareAware BYOD for providers in 2017 and started our nursing/ancillary CareAware Messaging project in 2019, we are live at 4 sites. For intraoperative messaging to patient families, we are live with EASE at one site, that will become the solution across the enterprise at some point.
